Datenlöschung für Facebook- und Instagram-Daten

Synet AI legt Wert auf den Schutz Ihrer Daten. Gemäß den Richtlinien von Meta und Art. 17 DSGVO können Sie jederzeit die Löschung Ihrer mit unserer App verbundenen Daten verlangen.

Welche Daten werden gelöscht?

Zugriffstoken, Kontoname und Konto-ID, Profilbild, Follower-Zahlen sowie zwischengespeicherte Beiträge, Kommentare und Statistiken, die wir über Meta erhalten haben.

So beantragen Sie die Löschung:

Über Facebook:Einstellungen & Privatsphäre → Einstellungen → Apps und Websites → „Synet AI“ auswählen und entfernen.

Über Instagram:Einstellungen → Apps und Websites → „Synet AI“ entfernen.

In Synet AI:Unter „Konten“ die Verbindung des jeweiligen Kontos trennen.

Per E-Mail:Senden Sie eine Nachricht an info@synet-ai.com mit Ihrer Facebook-/Instagram-Nutzer-ID.
Wir bearbeiten Anträge schnellstmöglich, spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen, in der Regel innerhalb von 48 Stunden, und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail.
Hinweis: Daten, die wir aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelege) speichern müssen, können erst nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Fristen gelöscht werden.

Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion

Synet AI values your privacy. In line with Meta Platform rules and GDPR Art. 17, you can request deletion of your data associated with our app at any time.

What is deleted?

Access tokens, account name and ID, profile picture, follower counts, and cached posts, comments and statistics obtained through Meta.

How to request deletion:

Via Facebook:Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select "Synet AI" and remove it.

Via Instagram:Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Synet AI".

In Synet AI:Under "Accounts", disconnect the relevant account.

By Email:Send a message to info@synet-ai.com including your Facebook/Instagram user ID.
We process requests as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days and usually within 48 hours, and confirm the deletion by email.
Note: Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices and payment records) can only be deleted after the statutory retention period.
